The Kevin Maclean Band
The title may be Second Chance but the music on this terrific album is the sound of a band arriving. After years of performances in front of sometimes thousands of people, KMB have found a cohesive style and sound that varies from track to track but remains consistent in its energy and unbridled enthusiasm. From their creative collaborations with fellow Basement Bar artist Rob Szabo ("Alright"), former Chairmen of The Board, soul music legend Harrison Kennedy ("Love Scars") and occasional Blackie & The Rodeo Kings member and Canadian music icon Tom Wilson ("Not Another Love Song") to their own, self-contained gems "Second Chance", "Having It All" and "Countdown", this one will thrill fans of their 2002 debut All The Good People and simply knock out anyone who has seem them live!
